These terms govern your use of the public pages at captraex.com and related public Captraex pages. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Who operates the site
Captraex is the name used for this pre-launch website. The verified operating entity, company number, place of registration and registered office will be published before commercial subscriptions are accepted.
General questions can be submitted through the contact form.
3. Website terms only
These terms cover the public website. Access to Captraex software should be governed by a separate order form and subscription or service agreement. Joining a waitlist, asking for a demo or submitting an application does not guarantee access, pricing, availability or acceptance.
Any paid service terms will address fees and VAT, contract length and renewal, trials, service scope, users, acceptable use, support, confidentiality, customer data, AI features, integrations, data processing, subprocessors, service levels, security, suspension, termination, export and deletion.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful purposes. You must not:
- interfere with the website or attempt to gain unauthorised access;
- introduce malicious code or knowingly overload the service;
- scrape or automate access in a way that harms the website or other users;
- misrepresent your identity or authority when submitting information;
- use website content in a way that infringes another person's rights; or
- carry out security testing without prior written permission.
The public website is intended for business users researching property-workflow software.
5. Information and availability
Website content is general information and may change. We do not promise that it is complete, current, error-free or continuously available. Product illustrations, demonstrations, roadmap material, performance examples and anticipated integrations are not contractual commitments.
Where the website and a signed order form or service agreement differ, the signed customer documents take precedence for the subscribed service.
6. AI and property-sector information
Any AI demonstration or generated example is illustrative and requires appropriate human review. Suggested matches, summaries, fields and communications may be incomplete or incorrect.
Captraex does not provide legal, financial, mortgage, valuation, surveying, conveyancing or regulatory advice. Obtain suitable professional advice before relying on information relevant to a transaction, compliance obligation or decision about a person.
7. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Captraex or its licensors own the website, branding, software, text, graphics and other content. You may view the site and make reasonable internal business copies. You may not reproduce, sell, modify or commercially exploit protected material without written permission.
Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or a live integration.
8. Third-party services
The website may link to or refer to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. A reference to a provider does not guarantee availability, compatibility or endorsement.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
This page does not set the liability terms for a paid service. Any commercial limits or exclusions will appear in the customer agreement after legal review.

We may update the website and these terms. The version displayed when you use the site applies. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or suspected misuse.
