The short version
Essential technologies keep Captraex secure and working. Optional analytics remain off until you choose them unless a specific legal exception applies. The inventory will be updated whenever the live service or its suppliers change.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and identifiers that store or access information on a device.
Captraex may use these technologies to operate the website and application, remember choices, support secure sign-in and checkout, and—where enabled and permitted—understand service usage.
2. The categories we use

3. Marketing website
When you save choices below, the marketing site writes one versioned local-storage record named captraex:consent. It records the essential, preferences and analytics choices shown at the time, together with the notice version and save time. Optional categories are off by default.
With analytics enabled, the website sends page views, interest clicks and form outcomes to Captraex’s own website API. These records stay in internal Azure storage for up to 30 days. They do not include form contents, email addresses, recordings or visitor IDs. Rejecting analytics stops new events.

When analytics is enabled, captraex:campaign in session storage keeps campaign labels (source, medium and campaign) for up to 30 minutes or until this tab closes. Withdrawing analytics permission clears this record. Campaign URLs should never contain personal information.
The final inventory will be checked against the deployed website and any embedded or redirected service. Newly introduced optional technology will remain off until the relevant preference permits it.
4. Authenticated service inventory
The following entries describe storage used by the current application build. Exact names and durations may change as authentication and checkout are finalised.

5. Your preferences
Essential technologies cannot be switched off where they are required to deliver a service you have requested. Optional preferences and analytics can be controlled here at any time.
Cookie preferences
Essential storage supports requested and security-critical functions. Saving a category here records permission; it does not load an optional service that has not been separately verified and connected.
Optional preferences and analytics are off unless you save a different choice.
You can also clear stored information through your browser. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, checkout or requested features from working.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this notice when the website, application or suppliers change. The date at the top will show the latest version. Until a dedicated privacy mailbox is available, submit questions through the contact form.
