Information we collect
If you register interest, we collect your email address and any name, company or pricing preference you choose to provide. We also record when and where the form was submitted and the consent wording shown at that time.
How we use it
We use this information to acknowledge your request, understand interest in Captraex pricing and contact you about the founding customer programme. We do not sell the information or use it to make automated decisions about you.
Storage and suppliers
Website interest data is stored in Microsoft Azure. Azure Communication Services may be used to send acknowledgements and internal notifications. Access is limited to authorised Captraex operators.
Retention and your choices
Unconverted interest records are retained for no longer than 12 months. You may ask us to provide, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing privacy@captraex.com.
